My path to product

I started at the Unique Identification Authority of India, managing the technical product lifecycle for Aadhaar PVC Card APIs and a core national enrollment application deployed at nationwide scale. Partnering with engineering, we optimized system performance by 3x and cut latency by 33% — improving the onboarding experience for millions of citizens.

Building at that scale taught me to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, consumer-facing digital processes — and to never accept "that should be easy" at face value.

At L&T EduTech I stepped into a Product Manager scope as an HR intern, leading a 0-to-1 digital platform end-to-end. I interviewed 30+ users across 5 business units to map journeys, define personas, and land the initial requirements — a first taste of turning ambiguity into a shipped product.

An MBA at IIM Ranchi bridged that experience into consulting, and gave me the frameworks to align stakeholders, untangle process, and deliver outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Today, as a Business Consultant at Infosys Consulting, I define product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for large-scale digital platforms — driving alignment across six cross-functional departments to deliver a seamless end-user experience.

I build Power BI dashboards on top of engagement, retention, and adoption metrics to guide feature prioritization, and pair them with self-service resources and multi-channel campaigns that drive organic product adoption.
